At Allstate, we want you to have quick, easy access to your policies–whenever, wherever, and however you like.
That’s why we invented the Customer Care Center at Allstate.com. It means that you can pay your bill, request policy changes, and file a claim online. It’s just another way for your insurance to be accessible beyond 9:00 to 5:00.
We also offer paperless billing, just in case it’s easier for you to receive your bills by email. And don’t worry–you’ll still receive your insurance cards and renewal packet by regular paper mail.
